How it works!

Registered Broadcasters can use the dedicated Palktalk Broadcast Room,or Periscope" Room to Broadcast live,and our Pay-Master Box office on this site to sell tickets and raise funds.

Host Gigs,Workshops,Meetings,and Charge a pre-arranged price via a Pay Button.

At the advertised time of Broadcast,the Viewer can access the Broadcast Rooms Gig Venue Links, by Submitting their User ID & Email at the Purchase Tickets Form. This will enable a Paypal payment,which will allow the viewer to receive the "Broadcast Room" (unlock codes) The Skype button is for the purpose of requesting the unlock codes from Customer Services,once payment has been sent.

The Ticket Office Forms Submit buttons landing page will at the Locked Broadcast Room.

Submit the unlock codes you received from your Skype request,and You have arrived at the link page to the event.

The Broadcaster is responsible for their own Promotions,and postings of Gig dates,and links to their Audiences.

Bands & Performers Sign-up to Broadcast Form is found at the Broadcast License Page.

There will be no notice given of any Gigs or Events without the Broadcasters permission.

This is a non events nothing happening space until You register and make it happen!

LICENCE AGREEMENT NON-TRANSFERABLE AND
NON EXCLUSIVE LICENCE:

　
A. Licensor has established a World Concerts Webcam Viewers platform on its Website and is entitled to license to others including Licensee, to promote the sale of Web Cam Concerts to Viewers on behalf of the agreeable Performing Artistes & their Agents or Management.
B. Licensee wishes to license the broadcasting of Events Performances via internet video/or webcam,and receive payments via a platform owned by 5 Star Film Co.Ltd as well as upon the websites of the Licensees choice,and Licensor has agreed to license such use, pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The Licensor has established the Brand Named Promotion Tool as its Copywrite Intellectual Property,The Pay-Master Promo-Tool,which is licensed to be adopted with the Licensees own Promotion materials & Photos or Logo.　
GRANT OF LICENCE
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, for the internal & external use of Licensee,a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use: The Pay-Master Box Ticket Office Form embedded on our website. Other external Websites may be deployed according to the requirements of the Licensees,providing The assigned Box Office Form embed code is utilised in order to vendor the Tickets via Licensor s Paypal button & account.

Terms of service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The Service is web-based and registered users (each an “Account Holder”) receives access via links to Public Broadcast sites. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content,In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer reasonable quality Camera and modem or other access device. The access code to the Broadcast Control Room shall be disclosed only after the Licensee application has been accepted.You also understand and agree that the service provides the Performer a 75% share only of the audience revenue generated from Yours & our promotions.

3. REGISTRATION

In order to use the Service, you must be an accessible publicised Band member,Manager,Agent,Promoter of Artistes Agency or Record Company official, unless the broadcast is for the purpose of providing a service, such as teaching & lecturing. As a Licensee,web-cam broadcaster You are responsible for informing 5 Star Film Co.Ltd of each time ,date,and venue of each Concert that you require to be broadcast at least 4 days in advance.

4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

If you cancel the Service, your cancellation will take effect immediately. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to our Web site codes without payment. 5 Star Film Co.Ltd accepts no liability for the content of any broadcast material.

You agree that following the lack of use of the webcam site after a period of 12 months automatically terminates this licensing agreement.

5. FINANCING POLICY

5 Star Film Co.Ltd. shall forward the amount and currency equivilent of 75% of the ticket price per paying Customer who accesses the Concert Venue. We reserve the right to adjust the published price periodically. Payments shall be by Paypal sent by no later than 3 days commencement time of the event.

OF WEBSITE ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will the Licensor be liable, in any way, for any acts or omissions by a Guest, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions against our un-warranted re-recording ban terms.

8. CONTENT AND CONDUCT RULES AND OBLIGATIONS

You understand that all information, data, music, sound,video, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You, and not the Licensor are entirely responsible for all Content that you transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.

12. ADVERTISERS

You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for the Licensor 5 Star Film Co. Ltd to promote the Service. You agree that the Licensor shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

13. LINKS

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to the Licensor the World Wide Web sites or resources. Because the Licensor has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products,or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold the 5 Star Film Co.Ltd and its officers, director’s, agents, harmless from any demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your Guests The user [viewer] is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.

15. RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission & Contract Agreement signed by the Licensor. The Broadcasting Service is available as a licensing Business Model under the Trade Name,"The Star Venue,Broadcasting Arena"

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The Licensor has the right to decide the cost of internet webcam concert whilst assuring the integrity not to change the agreement to award 75% of income to each Licensee throughout the entirety of the Licensing agreement term. The Licensor allows the Licencee the right to embed the Box Office on their own websites.

If non paying guests are allowed on to the Video Player access by means of breach of this agreement,the number of non paying guests ticket fees shall be subtracted from the revenue fee amount owed to the Licensee for the particular event in question. This Licensing contract agreement may be terminated immediately on receipt of written notification.

REFUND POLICY

As broadcasting can be subject to technical problems,and weather conditions,Customers use Computer Systems at their Own risk always,so no refunds can be given.
